Regular and Extended Licenses cover one finished end product through CodeCanyon. An Exclusive Source License is for an eligible product when you need approved multiple deployments, direct technical handover, or defined transfer rights.
You need broader domain or deployment rights than a marketplace license provides.
You need the source package, documentation, walkthrough, and a direct author relationship.
You need agreed transfer rights if the licensed business changes ownership or control.
What the direct license can cover
Each direct license is product-specific. We confirm the available deployment, handover, update, and transfer terms, then record the exact scope in writing.
Infinitietech retains ownership of the underlying core product and intellectual property unless a separate signed agreement explicitly states otherwise.
License scope
The license is agreed directly with Infinitietech as the original product author, with the exact rights recorded in writing.
Approved multiple deployments or domains can be included under the signed direct license.
Delivery and continuity
The agreed source package, technical documentation, API collections, and codebase walkthrough are prepared for handover.
Transfer rights for an acquisition, investment, or qualifying change of control can be defined in the agreement.
