Refund Policy

We strive to deliver high-quality IT services and solutions to all our clients. However, if you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund within 7 days of the purchase or project initiation date, subject to the terms below.

Eligibility for Refund
  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase or service start.
  • Refunds apply only if the service has not been fully delivered or if there are unresolved quality issues that cannot be corrected.
  • Custom software development, system integrations, or digital deliverables that have already been provided, deployed, or licensed are non-refundable.
  • Consultation, configuration, or setup services that have been completed are non-refundable.
Refund Process
  • To initiate a refund, please contact us at info@infinitietech.com with your invoice or order details.
  • If your request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exceptions
  • Completed or delivered projects.
  • Activated software licenses or digital keys.
  • Maintenance or subscription fees once the service period has begun.

We reserve the right to evaluate each refund request on a case-by-case basis and approve or deny it in accordance with these terms.

Refund Policy (Additional Clauses)
  • Custom Software Development: Refunds for custom software development projects will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to certain conditions, such as:
    • Material breach of contract by Infinitie Technologies.
    • Failure to deliver agreed-upon milestones within the specified timeframe.
    • Significant changes to the project scope not agreed upon by both parties.
    • Circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or unforeseen events.
  • Digital Products (CodeCanyon): Refunds for digital products purchased through CodeCanyon are subject to the CodeCanyon refund policy.
Cancellation Policy
  • Custom Software Development: Clients may cancel a custom software development project under certain circumstances, such as material breach of contract by Infinitie Technologies or unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of both parties. Cancellation fees may apply, depending on the stage of the project and the reason for cancellation.
  • Digital Products (CodeCanyon): Cancellations for digital products purchased through CodeCanyon are subject to the CodeCanyon cancellation policy.
